MKM has worked with the business since 2007, when we built their first Delacombe premises, this project saw us return in 2022 to design and construct their current, larger facility to support the next stage of their growth.
Project Overview
Springhill Farm is a family-owned Ballarat food manufacturer, producing better-for-you slices, biscuits and snacks distributed nationally. As Springhill Farm’s product range and national distribution grew, the business needed a facility built for scale, supporting higher production volumes, efficient workflows, and modern food manufacturing standards, while staying true to its roots as a family-run Ballarat business.
Project Success & Impact
Since completing this facility, Springhill Farm has continued to grow from strength to strength, most recently securing Victorian Investment Fund backing to expand production further, adding 32 new jobs and doubling output by the end of 2027.
