Project Overview
The Edgecombe Road development is a modern commercial project designed to provide businesses with practical, high-quality spaces that can adapt to different needs over time. With its striking aqua and charcoal façade, the building makes a strong visual impression while still maintaining a professional and timeless look. The development includes four individual warehouse spaces, each created to support a range of business operations in a functional and flexible way.
Project Success and Impact
Each warehouse has been designed with adaptability in mind, giving tenants the ability to shape the space around how they work.
