Project Overview
MKM Building Group was engaged by Gason, a leading Australian agricultural machinery manufacturer, to deliver a purpose-built facility to support their expansion. The project objective was to increase manufacturing capacity, integrate a mechanised storage system, and improve operational efficiency through a tailored building design.

With both stages now complete, Gason’s operations have benefited from a fully integrated facility. The mechanised storage system has streamlined materials handling, enhanced organisation, and maximised floor space. Delivering the project in two separate stages ensured continuous production throughout construction and gave Gason the flexibility to refine workflows between phases.
