Project Overview
Kerfab is a leading force in regional manufacturing, specialising in the machinery attachment sector. The company operates from its advanced workshop in Kerang, in Northern Victoria where it engineers tailored solutions. MKM Building Group had the privilege of collaborating with Kerfab to create a custom manufacturing warehouse that was designed to accommodate overhead cranes and incorporate measures for future expansion.
Project Success & Impact
Our collaboration addressed unique design requirements, including gantry crane loadings, and resulted in an office building featuring decorative fins and double canopies. Throughout the design process, we maintained close communication with Kerfab to ensure that practical and external aesthetics were seamlessly integrated. Additionally, we prioritised value engineering for every aspect of the building to deliver an economical and effective outcome.
