OneSchool Global Melton

Project Overview

The OneSchool Global Melton Campus is Victoria’s largest site for the school, set in a state-of-the-art facility on High Street, Melton. Designed to accommodate both primary and secondary students, the campus serves not only the local Melton community but also students from surrounding areas including Ballarat, Geelong, Melbourne, Sunbury, and Werribee.

Spanning 4,539 square metres, the campus was designed with a strong focus on flexibility, innovation, and self-directed learning—core principles of OneSchool Global’s educational model. The facility features open-plan learning centres, Zoom video-conferencing teaching rooms, breakout areas, and dedicated makerspaces that support modern, collaborative education.

The new building also includes a full-size gymnasium with a basketball court and stage, a commercial kitchen, canteen facilities, a woodwork room, and a teaching laboratory. Each space was thoughtfully planned to enhance both the academic and co-curricular development of students across all year levels.

Project Success & Impact

The OneSchool Global Melton project successfully brought together a diverse set of functional spaces to meet the school’s evolving academic and operational needs. From design through to construction, the project was delivered with a clear focus on flexibility, modern learning environments, and long-term value.

One of the most impactful outcomes of the project is the way the built environment now supports OneSchool Global’s self-directed learning model. The inclusion of large, adaptable spaces, technology-integrated classrooms, and hands-on learning zones allows for greater student autonomy and collaboration across disciplines.

By creating a facility that fosters innovation, independence, and practical skill-building, the new Melton campus positions OneSchool Global as a leader in delivering progressive education environments across regional Victoria.
