Project Overview

MKM Building Group delivered the design and construction of an office and warehouse facility for Tidy Group, located at 61 Airport Road, Mitchell Park within the Ballarat West Employment Zone (BWEZ).

The development includes a two-storey office and an adjoining warehouse. The office provides 126sqm at ground level and 148sqm on the first floor, combining open plan areas with enclosed spaces to suit a range of business needs.

The warehouse spans 788sqm and is supported by six roller shutter doors, allowing for efficient access and movement. A 4-metre cantilever canopy runs along most of the building, improving functionality for loading and external operations.

The building has been positioned to maximise the site, allowing space for a secure yard or future expansion. Provisions have also been included for additional services and potential extensions.

Project Success & Impact

The completed facility has been designed to support long-term value beyond its initial use. Its layout and scale allow it to accommodate a wide range of industrial and commercial users, making it a strong asset within a growing employment precinct.
