MKM Building Group were contracted to deliver a high-quality, fast-tracked fit-out for X-Golf inside one of the newly built Oz Tenpin Stage 2 warehouses, also designed and constructed by our team.
Project Overview
Aligned with X-Golf’s growing franchise model, the project involved transforming a base-shell warehouse into a fully operational entertainment and hospitality venue, all within an eight-week timeframe to meet our client’s scheduled opening date.
The scope included the installation of six cutting-edge golf simulators, construction of a commercial kitchen and licensed bar, three amenities’ blocks, and high-performance polished concrete flooring. Every detail was considered to ensure the space balanced functionality with the premium experience X-Golf offers their customers.
Project Success & Impact
Despite the tight timeline, we successfully completed the project on schedule and to a high standard—allowing X-Golf to open as planned and begin trading without delay. The fit-out met all brand specifications, providing a reliable and consistent space that supports both the operational and experiential needs of the franchise.
While interior fit-outs are not our core focus, this project demonstrates our ability to adapt to unique project requirements—delivering a technically detailed, time-sensitive build with efficiency and precision, and ensuring a smooth handover.
