With this vision, we strive to develop our company procedures on a one-man band approach to projects: Alleviating the time-consuming stress of your need to fluctuate between companies, consultants, councils & construction to achieve a single result.
Because of the design service we offer, this translates to delivering a project bespoke to the requirements of your growing business, from conceptualising your initial ideals on paper, to delivering professional documentation for a cohesive on-site working drawings based on our behind-the-scenes knowhow of standards. Our approach to this is via our skilled in-house design team.
Though small, each of our team is dedicated design specialist. Through concept, drafting, and administrating, MKM aims to deliver a smoothly processed and coherent visual interpretation of your future build.
Concept
MKM starts with an understanding of your vision.
Creating a brief based on your proposed site, your needs, and then strategises to contain it with in a building that is a bridge between usability, functionality & eye-catching modern material trends. But beyond the focus of presenting you with a good looking building, we are obsessed with ensuring that your building not only functions to the site, but works with the environment around it, and the way the user groups of your final project are expected to function, and more importantly, enjoy the outcome.
During the initial stages of concept our aim is to give you a taste of your future build with photo-realistic renders and 3D imagery. These do an outstanding job of showcasing our vision to you. Giving you a sense of your building on site, the material choices, the final look, and even the way the sun is expected to throw light and cast shadow.
DOCUMENTATION
We are knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate about ensuring our documentation is at its best possible industry standard.
Our design team is meticulous when it comes to developing your concept into a full set of working drawings. And it has to be: Because we encompass all aspects of the construction process, our drawings are viewed not only by you and our amazing on-site build team, but they are also the reference to developing contracted drawings such as structural engineering, civil designers, and town planners.
MKM not only delivers a building you can be proud of, but our team can also design a customer facing interior capable of pushing your business into a new standard of operating. We are savvy on the latest interior design trends and colour. We work with a close-knit pool of local furniture, finishes & fittings specialists who can help catapult your project beyond your expectations. We can also do the same for your landscaping requirements.
